The CLEAN-TOWER 1000 is a coalescing separator for cooling lubricants (KSS) designed to reliably remove foreign oil (leakage and lubricating oils) from tanks and central systems.
The coolant is fed into the separator via a floating suction system, where flow stabilization causes small oil droplets to coalesce into larger ones. Due to their lower density, these rise to the surface, are separated into a separate oil collection chamber, and the purified cutting fluid flows back into the process.
