The CLEAN-TOWER 3000 is a mobile coalescing separator for cooling lubricants (KSS) designed to reliably remove foreign oil (leakage and lubricating oils) from tanks and central systems.
The coolant is fed into the separator via a floating suction system, where flow stabilization and a coalescing medium combine small oil droplets into larger ones. Due to their lower density, these rise to the surface, are separated into a separate oil collection chamber, and the purified coolant flows back into the process.
